Sebastian is an entrepreneur and LGBTI activist. He is the founder and CEO of Micro Rainbow International (MRI), an international social enterprise that tackles poverty within the LGBTI community. Sebastian recently set up a £1 million social investment fund to create the first hostel for LGBTI refugees in the UK. This project went on to become one of the finalists for the European Social Innovation Awards 2016. He also founded and is the Chair of the MRI Foundation, a UK registered charity that makes small grants to LGBTI individuals in poverty. Prior to founding MRI, he served as Executive Director of the UK Lesbian & Gay Immigration Group and held the same post at ILGA.
