Louis-Antoine is the CEO of Mergims (Markets Merger Ltd), a Rwandan start-up offering cash-to-good-services. He fled his home country Rwanda during the Civil War in 1994, taking off for Canada, where he worked as a Montreal police department employee. A few years ago, he returned to Rwanda and founded Mergims.
