Estefanía studied an Anthropology, Political Science and Journalism at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. She is completing a Master's degree in Journalism at the Center for Studies of Journalism (CEPER), at the same university. She has worked as a journalist at the Colombian newspaper "El Espectador" and writes for the culture magazine of the Goethe-Institut in Colombia. She is currently a reporter for the digital platform "Cerosetenta" and works as an assistant for the regional project FES COMUNICACIONES of the German foundation Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Colombia.
